Remove Anti-racism Webpage and Plan from UASD website

Dear community members who supported the request to remove the Anti-racism Webpage and Plan from the UASD website,

As a compromise that retains the original sequence of events that led to these Anti-racism materials appearing on the UASD website but diminishes their footprint. See: Upper Adams School District / Homepage button on the middle right-hand column saying "Working to End Racism, Discrimination, and Bullying"
