Bring back food truck celebrations

Students at Pebblebrook petitioned to take away the food truck celebrations we had last year (confirmed by Dr G) and Dr G says if we petition back we can regain our food truck celebration for each 9 weeks! They petitioned for it to go away for everyone simply because they didn't feel the need for it but why take it away for everyone when you can just choose not to go?? So I say let's bring it back!
