Petition on behalf of Great Lakes Neighbors United to Governor Evers to regulate AI data centers

We, the undersigned citizens of Wisconsin petition Governor Evers to create and promulgate emergency rule(s) to pause the expansion of hyper scale data centers in Wisconsin. The emergency rule is necessary “to preserve public peace, welfare, health, and economic safety.”

We, the undersigned citizens of Wisconsin petition Governor Evers to direct state agencies to create and promulgate emergency rule(s) to halt all applications and requests for hyper scale data centers in order to evaluate their impact on local communities, the environment, homeowners, health, and infrastructure.

We, the undersigned citizens of Wisconsin petition Governor Evers to issue an executive policy directive to the Public Service Commission to guide their strategic focus plan to prevent hyper scale data centers from shifting infrastructure costs to rate payers.
