Petitions.net is now Petitions.com
We have changed our main domain from petitions.net to petitions.com. Your petitions, signatures, accounts, and existing links continue to work.
What changed
Our service now uses petitions.com as its main domain. The company name has also changed from Petitions24 Oy to Petitions.com Group Oy.
The platform itself has not changed because of the new name. Existing petitions, signatures, user accounts, and login details remain available as before.
Why we changed the domain
Petitions.com is clearer, easier to remember, and better suited for an international petition platform. The name directly describes what people come here to do: create petitions, collect signatures, and build public support.
The .com extension is widely recognized around the world, which makes petition links easier to understand and share.
What this means for you
- Existing petition pages remain online.
- Old petitions.net links redirect to the corresponding petitions.com pages.
- User accounts and passwords remain the same.
- Petition content and signatures are not affected by the domain change.
- You can start using petitions.com links when sharing petitions.
Same platform, same team
The change of domain and company name does not change the ownership or management of the service. The platform continues to be operated and developed by the same team.
The service began in 2005 as a Finnish-language petition platform and became multilingual in 2010. Petitions.com is now the main home for the global service.
About the petitions.com domain
The petitions.com domain was originally registered on February 5, 1997. It is now in active use as the main domain of our petition platform.
