Petitions.net is now Petitions.com!

Our service has changed its domain name from petitions.net to petitions.com. The company name has been changed to Petitions.com Group Oy. Previously, it was Petitions24 Oy.

Reason for the change

Our new name better reflects our mission to be the leading global platform for creating and signing online petitions. The .com extension is widely used and easier to remember.

About the new domain

Petitions.com was originally registered on February 5, 1997. It had not been used previously and is now in active use for our service.

No action needed

Everything else stays the same. Your petitions, accounts, and links will continue to work as before. Visitors to petitions.net will be automatically redirected to petitions.com.

Same platform, same team

The company name change and new domain do not affect the ownership or management of the service. The platform continues to be operated by the same team.

The platform began in 2005 as a Finnish-language service, and expanded into a multilingual platform in 2010.
