Students are the victims of assault and have rights also
We petition the Government under The Equality Act 2010 to uphold the rights of students at school, to have the right to bring a criminal case for assault at a school in School times, and not give the Schools the right to have an an internal investigation, which benefits the School and not the Students, how are the victims of the assault.
