Im signing this petition because Medirest had agreement with the Trusts offer to improve terms and conditions of employment and has agreed a phased implemnentation of Agenda for Change that will begin in April 2010, with full Agenda for Change conditions being in place by April 2012..
The Agenda for Change (AfC) is the national pay system for most NHS staff. Medirest, as a contractor providing services to the NHS, has committed to matching NHS Agenda for Change pay rates, Statutory Sickness Pay and Annual Leave Entitlement Based on Length of Service for its frontline employees.
