If I can’t learn spanish anymore it would not make sense for me to study at corvinus.Dorka Csori (2025-12-02)

As an international business student a second language proficiency is required for my degree and French is what I have been studying in highschool, and is therefore the only language I could realistically improve to b2 economics/ C1 Level. I can’t afford language classes outside of university, neither can I fit it into my semester schedule.Goszták Dóra (2025-12-02)

I started to study spanish a year ago, and I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to learn this language. This inspired me to apply to Spanish universities for my exchange year and I'm planning to do a language exam as well next year. I feel that if this opportunity is taken away from me, I would not be able to continue this journey all on my own, for a much higher price.Lili Zaletnik (2025-12-02)

I chose this institute because it also offers opportunities to learn about other languages, cultures and make connections. Taking it away makes no sense.Patrik (2025-12-02)

I'm signing because I am a Master's student who is taking the Spanish course to graduate with a foreign language. This ordeal will affect my plans to graduate with a B2 level of Spanish that i had planned. I am not even taking the course for free, i paid 50k HUF. I would like to save the language centre of Corvinus University of BudapestBethany Praise Bucklynn (2025-12-02)

I'm signing, because learning Spanish in the first semester of my studies was the thing keeping me going, motivating me to go to uni, and making me happy honestly. Among the dry, repetitive business lessons, doing countless SWOT, PESTEL(PESTLE?) and etc. analyses, having a lesson where we were actually speaking with each other, learning about cultures, and just frankly, having a great time, was SO refreshing. I already have all the language exams needed to graduate, but I wanna go back to Spanish so badly, since it was an amazing experience, and I am just, gah. Upset. Please don't take this lovely opportunity from us.Dávid Macher (2025-12-02)

I’m signing because I believe that removing these courses would negatively affect students because it reduces our opportunities to study in an international environment.Zoé Lengyel (2025-12-02)

I am learning Spanish to open more doors after completing my studies in International Relations. Not being able to continue this in a convenient and cohesive way at Corvinus would put me at a disadvantage on the international stage!Joel Knox (2025-12-02)

I am signing because I feel the availability of such a big variety of language learning opportunities is something that distinguishes Corvinus from other language schools and I fear taking this away will decrease the value of Corvinus on the Hungarian Educational Market.Emma Petrovicz (2025-12-02)

I am an alumnus of Corvinus, and one of my most crucial classes was the Chinese and Russian language seminars I have taken. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn these and other languages. I strongly disagree with those steps of Corvinus!Best regards,

I believe language learning is essential in the international field and in our future carriers. Not only it provides extra skills, therefore, competitive adventage, but also opens doors to other cultures. Currently I am learning two languages at the university: Spanish and Chinese, and I would not want to discontinue them.Zsófia Buczkó (2025-12-02)

I am learning arabic and in the future I would like to work in the diplomtic field where knowing only french and english is not enough. I would like to also add that the so called “small languages” are actually in the top ten most spoken languages list for example: mandarin and spanish are actually spoken by more people than english and arabic is the fifth in this list. Needless to say that besides the fact that we love learning these languages there is also a language curriculum for our degree.Boglárka Sámán (2025-12-02)

Spanish is one of the most-spoken languages in the world, therefore it’s also extremely useful. My spanish teacher (Pálffy-Novák Anikó) is amazing, we learn a lot whilst having so much fun during classes. The fact that so many languages are taught here at Corvinus was the main reason I joined. It’s also a huge competitive advantage of the university, and one of the most crucial pillars of what makes Corvinus Corvinus: an international space in the heart of Budapest, where you can learn a lot about other cultures, and get international connections. Speaking a foreign language like Spanish is a huge boost on a CV, and in business, if you speak someone’s native language, it opens so many more doors and opportunities, and enables us to build deeper, closer connections with one another. I, amongst every student in the International Business course (if not the whole university) would be terribly saddened if this got taken away from us.Martin Heil (2025-12-02)
