The mall is mainly for the community of Soshanguve, and should focus on employing the locals of the township. There is extreme higl levels of unemployment in the community, thus there is no valid reason for the mall and its occupants (businesses) to employ anyone who is not from Soshanguve. This is a huge township, with lots of qualified, capable and employable citizens who can fill the required vacancies. As part of the community we will not accept any reason that will be provided on why people from outside our local area are employed in the mall, at the exoense of locals who will be the ones bringing business to the same mall
