I want to camp cross province. While camping I'm normally well distanced from fellow campers. I use my own equipment so I know it clean and the swimming pools have so many chemicals that I will be covered.

I am concerned about the number of businesses that are closing and the employees that are now sitting without an income. South Africa due to some draconic rules during lockdown cannot afford to loose more income due to this pandemic. There are huge numbers of people employed in the camping and tourism sectors all with families that are loosing jobs and so probably the only income of the household. Tourism CAN be opened under strict rules.

With shops being open, church services allowed, funerals allowed etc people are mingling daily. There is no social distancing in the shops. Camping is an outdoor activity, fresh air and you can avoid contact with people. You can get out of town where infection is most likely.
