This channel 517 sic is the only entertainment my elderly parents have had and has been their daily companion for many years. When i initially reaching out to dstv I was told there were no plans to terminate the channel only to find on the 16 Oct that it had been terminated. Pls reconsider having this channel reinstated.

I am 2nd generation South African born Portuguese. Who relies on a Portuguese channel for a bit of my roots. Sic has much better variety than RTP. AS far as I am concerned if it wasn't for sport and sic I would cancel DSTV completely. No consultation with our community because we are a minority in your eyes. What about a vote. The majority of our members have the full bouquet if we cancel DSTV they will feel it.
