I’m signing because our area will become a low income area with lots of beggars and robberies which we already struggle with having the veld below with unwanted people . The school next to it will be in danger of drug peddlersArline Invernizzi (Pretoria, 2025-09-02)

This is a quiet and relaxed area. Such a development will change this completely as another will follow, and another, and another...Suzette Naude (Pretoria, 2025-09-02)

We have the exact same problem in Villieria with an owner owning more than one property, erecting small one bedroom units without any legal building plans, zoning or permission. Connected to the water and electricity grid illegally. The city of Tshwane doesn't seem to understand the impact of this lawlessness on Tshwane and all her residents or infrastructure. We have bought this to the majors attention more than once.
All this illegal activities need to stop without fear or favour to anyone regardless of who they are connected to.

Our suburb is family orientated with a hospital, nursery, schools and churches. We do not need overcrowding and overburdening of our sewerage infrastructurrEugene Groeneveld (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

We are a young married couple with a young girl - we plan to live here until our old age - meaning we would like to have our daughter attending high school at Wonderboom and have a safe area where she can grow in the awesome girl she is. Our area is relatively safe and the traffic is relatively manageable. If every person with enough money to develop multi family residence- in our quiet area we will loose the esthetic character of our neighborhood. We will live in an over populated area and it will create issues. Imagine the electric pull of that residence, the water usage. Please keep our neighborhood controlled and law abiding.Liza-Mari van Bemmel (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

This is a suburb where we bought properties years back to retire not to be over populated, overcrowded etc etc etc. Not acceptable at allLourens Cloete (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

I fear for my childrens safety and I am concerned about the type of people that come with over developing and that the neighborhood that we work so hard on trying to keep safe and clean by ourselves would then be ruined by constructionLeancke Nel (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

I am not in favor for this construction to take place and form a president for others to follow. Sr1 some are there for a reasonuli Pelser (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

This is single residential properties near school and hospital. We don't want overpopulation and vehicle congestion in such a already busy street. No flats! No communes! This area is for single family homes onlyCornel Bekker (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

It is unsafe , unhealthy and will influence the house prices in the neighborhood. We are sitting with the same problem. People cone and go, leave the gate open not a good idea
Sari Gray (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

I am signing because this has become like a cancer and the council does not seem to have the power to demolish housing after the fact so this needs to be stopped as soon as possible. WE have had this problem in a few places in the Moot and the council is either being bribed or just have no interest in stopping this.Arno Naude (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

This development is right across my property. It is in direct violation of the propery and zoning bylaws and pose a serious risk to the infrastructure, safety and property value.Jolene Jansen (Pretoria, 2025-09-03)

I’m signing because our current infrastructure cannot even cope with the number of houses and people as it is! Putting the proposed number of dwellings on a plot zoned for one household will undoubtedly put further strain on water, sewerage and other infrastructure. As it is, certain single household dwellings are being occupied by multiple families. This practice is already and is going to cost us dearly in future.Annelise De Bruin (Pretoria, 2025-09-06)

Because I have a property across the road. Turning the area into a low housing settlement will attract a lot more people and increase crime. This will impact property value, decrease the social standing of the neighborhood and increase the noise factor. The infrastructure of sewerage is not capable of increase in volumes. This will impact electricity delivery. It will have a major impact on traffic. Should this be allowed there will be no stopping this kind of housing schemes to pop up overnight which will attract masses and shut down all service delivery.
