SAY NO TO CHARITY SHOPS TAKING OVER UCKFIELD!

Once again, we hear of another charity shop coming to the town... Do we really need these?? No.
We would be better off leaving the space free, for proper retailers . Uckfield is due to under go a major development plan in the near future and if the town is full of charity shops, the true retailers that would benefit our community, simply would not come in.
We need to act now, to secure the future of our high street.
We ask you to sign the petition, to say that we do not need any more charity shops in our town! We will then pass this to locall councilors so they can see the feedback from locals.
We would like a review of business rates also within the town... This isn't helping locals or independants wanting to 'set up shop' within Uckfield.
