Reduce aircraft noise over Chertsey

We, the residents of Chertsey, value the proximity of Heathrow airport for its convenience and its contribution to the local economy.  However, in recent times the flight paths have been changed without any local consultation. Planes are flying much lower overhead and the noise nuisance has consequently increased.  In addition, there are many aircraft flying overhead at night past 11pm.  We would like BAA to revert back to its old flight paths, implement a higher minimum flying height over the Chertsey area and reduce the number of flights after 11pm.
