Open VillaSport Roseville at 4:00 AM

We, the undersigned members and community supporters, respectfully request that
VillaSport Roseville adjust its opening time from 5:00 AM to 4:00 AM.

 

Why this matters:
- **Member benefit**: 4:00 AM access improves schedule flexibility for early-shift workers,
  commuters, parents, and those balancing school or caregiving.
- **Operational spread**: Starting earlier distributes usage across more hours, easing peak
  congestion and improving the in-club experience.
- **Competitive parity**: Nearby gyms offer earlier or 24-hour access, and at least one
  VillaSport location opens at 4:30 AM—demonstrating viability of earlier hours.
- **New member acquisition**: Earlier access attracts prospective members who require
  pre‑dawn training windows.

 

What we propose:
- **Pilot** a 4:00–5:00 AM opening window (Mon–Fri) for 60–90 days.
- Track attendance and member feedback during the pilot.
- Review outcomes with members and management and continue if targets are met.

 

We appreciate VillaSport’s commitment to wellness and community and believe this change
aligns with members’ needs while strengthening the club’s competitive position.
