Keep Deputy Josh Taylor at NES

Dear ASO & Sheriff Darnell, 

As parents & tax payers we sign this petition to maintain Josh Taylor as our Newberry Elementary School's resource officer.  Deputy Josh is loved and respected by our families, school employees, administrators (and most important) ...the NES students.  He has been a blessing to our community, school and our children.  As parents we have witnessed him invest in our children day after day in a manner that goes beyond the job he gets paid to do!  He makes it his business to get to know these children and sow into their lives. We appreciate the way he not only protects our children - but the way he encourages (& even entertains) adding value that cannot be quantified!  Josh is a member of this local community with children in our schools and during his time at NES it has become clear to all of that he belongs at NES and is the deputy for our school & these kids!
