SMS Teachers would never intentionally hurt a child or put them in danger they just try to help , these are human beings and they have families to support and they are trully amazing they helped me in so many ways all of them and I just wanna say I am a proud supporter of Dean Sharman , Coach Oshell and Coach Branco , I love all three of these people they pushed me very hard to make it where I am so save sms staff and sign this petition.

I signed this petition because the teachers have done absolutely nothing wrong it's a punk black boy that has gotten away with something and has faked an injury.

Putting your hands on a child is inexcusable, and the manner in which is in no way tolerable. Regardless, the petition will probably not be looked at by any administrators. This comment may be deleted, and it's wrong for you to do. You should be able to accept critisicm.

Because i do not believe the teachers were in the wrong they did what needed to be done in the current situation and maybe the schools should have all teachers trained in how to deal with restraining a out if control student

Because a thug with a troubled past with discipline problems should not be allowed to ruin the lives of (3) men who have dedicated their lives to teaching. If Character Counts in SJ County these men CANNOT be fired~

 These men are certified and trained to restrian an unruly student.  They had every right to stop this student from continuing to disobey an order.

We should be thanking these teachers for handling this situation of an unwilling child to do what was asked of him from administration. Just look what is happening in America now with students acting out and coming to school armed and dangerous. Thank you to these teachers for trying to keep our children safe.

It is a sad day when children are able to be defiant and out of control but our teachers who give their all are punished. No respect for our teachers, military and police who all give up their lives to protect each of us. These 3 men did nothing wrong. If you knew this child and knew these men you would understand that they did what they needed to do to protect the innocent children.

From what I know based on a first-hand account of the situation, it seems like a no-win for these guys. If they restrain the kid, he struggles and gets nicked up, they get in trouble. If they don't restrain the kid and he, in-turn, hurts another kid, they get in trouble and the question becomes "why didn't you restrain the kid?"

Dean Sharman is an ass and a jerk. He should have been fired long ago.  Coaches O'Shell and Branco are good guys. They probably acted on Direction from Dean Sharman out of fear of being reprimanded. Student witnesses described Sharman twisted the kids arm behind his back and strapped him to a chair with his arm twisted behind him. If the kid acted with disrespect, he should have been punished in another way.  If he is a thug, he should be punished for his thug behavior and put in the proper place in the school system. However, he should not have been physically harmed.

 Jaden is not a punk or a thug he is a good kid that honestly probably doesn't come from the greatest atmosphere but I'm really good friends with him and the teachers took the wrong action in this don't we have a resource officer for a reason??? On the other hand everything would have been simpler if he would have just followed the order and not restrain but the teachers took the wrong action period
