A favourite pastime is taking a break from work to visit Gabby's for lunch. The warm service, simplicity, affordability, sun through the trees and delicious fever rolls make it one of the best spots in Barton by a mile!

A family business that has been servicing Canberra for 26+ years and NCA want to remove it?? Completely uncalled for.

I give my support to Gaby's takeaway, and hope the NCA stop this harassment on working class families of Canberra.

I remember as a teenager visiting Gaby's takeaway. Gaby and his wife were always so pleasant, the food was amazing and always so fresh and it was a great little spot to escape and relax. Please Keep Gaby's open.

To know that this great businees will be closing down shatters so many people. Not only have they been there for many many years but they also were friends to so many people. Dont let them lose the one thing they know how to do perfect and dont let the publc lose out on every things Gaby's takeway has to offer

Please reconsider. The parking situation in Barton is horrendous; even if Gaby's provides another 15 spaces, it won't make any difference to the hundreds of drivers who are competing for a spot every morning. Have some respect for their 26 years of service to the community.

i love that place good food good argentinian family .. i used to help them at the takeaway and dont want it to go as a lot of people came everyday to eat and socialise good location and its been there for years you cant just close the families business which they worked hard for, gaby and his wife are amazing people don't get rid of them love them all
