(FOR PRIESTS ONLY): STATEMENT FOR YOUR HOLINESS POPE LEO XIV ON THE LEGITIMACY OF “POPE FRANCIS”

To the kind attention of Your Holiness Pope Leo XIV

Holy Father,

I am a secular/regular cleric.

With this petition, I appoint Dr. Andrea Cionci to be the bearer of my following statement pursuant to canons 208-223 (Rights and Duties of the Faithful). In the comments, I will specify in which Institute/Diocese I am incardinated and any other notes.  

Statement:

“For some time now, I have understood that His Eminence Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio was never legitimately elected Pope of the Holy Roman Church because Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation did not comply with canonical provisions (can. 332.2; arts. 76, 77 UDG). Since that moment, in my pastoral activity, I have sought to keep the faithful anchored to sound Catholic doctrine and have celebrated Holy Mass not in union with “Pope Francis.” I implore you to declare the truth about the usurpation of the throne of Peter that took place in 2013 and/or to open a trial on the matter in order to restore truth and justice in defence of the Church.
