FIX CSGO OW

My main account was fasly OW'd one year ago, It was DMG I aspired to become the next Shroud, aka CSGO Professional, I trained everyday through aimmaps, deathmatch, eventually I got main new account to global elite, I was getting esea and was then invited to an ESEA open team, the day that i was invited, my 2nd account which had become my main that I had for around 5 months was then also false Overwatched, I had just gotten a new PC the week before, and literally had nothing but discord and steam. So I am not not asking for my accounts unbanned, we all know that wont happen, but unless you are shroud steam will do nothing. 

I am requesting that Valve, will rethink their formatting system and structure for Overwatch, I propose that anyone lower than Master Guardian Elite (MGE) will not have access to Overwatch, and 200 wins rather than 150, I find that even many MGE are not as sensible at the game let alone have high enough skill to detect a smurf, a good player, or a cheater, I find many silvers that I know usually just report everyone for hacks regardless if they are or arnt. and Rather than one steam admin reviewing the case after 10 reports, I would have a second steam admin or highly respected official, eg. Shroud, Sparkles someone who knows a lot about CSGO, I think that the vast amount of people doing these Overwatch cases are not helping, Yes there is MANY cheaters in CSGO that much is obvious, but someone gets a ace or headshot ace, or is constantly good should not get banned.
