Empowering Domestic Violence Victims

This petition is in favor of Ohio House Bill 3 which expands the offense of domestic violence to prohibit reckless strangulation of a family/household member and requires all Police Departments to adopt written policies and procedures for Police Officers to screen and provide resources to possible victims of domestic violence.
