Ethical cross-examination of sexual abuse victims
The cross-examination of Cheryl Zondi by Advocate Peter Daubermann in the case of rape accused Pastor Timothy Omotoso, included disrespectful, gratuitous and offensive questions. They lacked any understanding and compassion - and bordered on the hostile. Why would any sexual abuse victim come forward after this attempted intimidation of Cheryl Zondi?
