I am deeply interested in the history, identity, and long-standing academic legacy of Georgian Technical University. As a student, I do not feel comfortable with the idea of my university being merged with another institution about which I have no clear understanding, experience, or information. Georgian Technical University has a unique character, mission, and academic culture that I value and respect, and I am not satisfied with or supportive of such a merger.I believe that any decision affecting the future of the university and its students should be made transparently and with the genuine involvement and consent of the academic community. As a student of Georgian Technical University, I do not agree with this merger and strongly believe that the university should continue its independent development.

Because GTU is “Alma mater” of important specialists from wide range of fields - mechanical math, mountain geology, engineering, architecture and design, physics and chemistry. Specific subjects should be studied in the workspace that is suitable and well adjusted.There are also many active English speaking programs as well as IDS(International Design school) that is famous for its alumni -winners of many international awards.
GTU is the great and important part of Educational system in Georgia .Many things need to be improved, but we are ready to work on it and provide independent, reliable and effective way of optimisation and development.
