Body shaming is not acceptable, they were very wrong to comment about her body cause they don't know how much it takes a person to accept his/her body image

Emihle Mamba (Potchefsroom, 2026-01-17)

#4198

I’m signing this because Piano Pulse has repeatedly shown a lack of responsibility and respect toward the very industry it claims to represent. By inviting guests who openly disrespect artists, body-shame women, and sexualise them under the guise of “honest opinions,” the podcast actively contributes to harmful narratives that degrade women in the music industry. Instead of centering meaningful conversations about Amapiano as a genreits growth, creativity, producers, DJs, and cultural impact the show often derails into misogynistic commentary, personal attacks, and sensationalism for clout. This not only disrespects artists who work hard to build their careers, but also undermines the integrity of Amapiano itself. Giving a platform to such behavior normalises abuse, discourages constructive dialogue, and shifts focus away from music to humiliation and controversy. A platform with such reach should uplift, inform, and celebrate the culture, not exploit it at the expense of women and artists’ dignity.
