Sign to Support Our Community Radio Station in Halton Hills

Lee Lakin and Russ Horton have a meeting with Damian Szybalski Director of Economic Development, Innovation and Culture Town of Halton Hills via Mayor Rick Bonnette to discuss a Community Radio Station for Halton Hills.

Russ is 58 and Lee is not far behind me in age so this is our last effort to bring this to you.  We need Community Support both from Local Business and Local Social Media as Lee and Russ want this to be a total Community Effort.

Russ and Lee have many, many years experience in radio and lots to offer our community that will continue to grow for many years. Some of the bonuses to a local radio station  will be to keep citizens informed of national and regional news, community radio can easily keep listeners abreast of important news and happenings at the local level. The station can build rapport with the citizenry through targeted news coverage, public interest and opinion stories, and fostering communication and collaboration within the community itself. The benefits of having a local radio station are endless for all.

We need your output to take into the discussion so here is the opportunity for us to voice our support and make this become a reality.

This is just a meeting but it gets us communicating with the Town!
