RCH Parking Meters

We would like to demand Parking Meters at RCH underground parkade.  Due to a locked gate system we end up waiting long periods of time to enter the parkade to begin our shift as well as long periods of time waiting to exit. We work 12 hour shifts and don't need to spend one extra minute waiting to get in or out of the underground parkade. There are many acceptable alternatives to a locked gate system and the workers at RCH demand that one of these systems be installed and used, so that we can get home to our families in an acceptable amount of time.
