Petition Herrgårdsgatan

We are a number of tenants on Herrgårdsgatan who think that the landlord is not doing his job in this area.

We have therefore created a petition, because things need to be changed. The more of us who sign, the more we can influence. The more people who are also in the tenant association is a good bonus. Here are some obvious issues that we want to change:

1. Delayed or no electricity/water bills at all.
2. The hot water has stopped working in several different houses on different occasions, which has taken 24 hours to fix.
3. That the fee for parking is unreasonably high. Especially since it's not asphalt.
4. That rain channels and pits have formed from the rainwater on the gravel parking lot.
5. Poor cleaning of stairwells and garbage rooms.
6. Non-functioning doors and door knobs.
