OPPOSITION to ZC-16-096 Concrete Recycling Plant 336.69 Acres – 5300-5600 Blocks of East 1st Street (Randol Mill Rd.)
We the undersigned hereby OPPOSE the approval of the City of Fort Worth ZC-16-096 Zoning change request (Proposed Concrete Crushing Plant).
We believe the proposed zoning change would negatively impact the quality of life for the residents of West Meadowbrook and the City of Fort Worth. The change in use is in direct opposition to the City of Fort Worth's plan for Gateway Park and the expansion of bike trails to link downtown to East Fort Worth. The planned development would negatively impact future positive development surrounding Gateway Park and the East 1st street corridor.
Please sign this petition, Opposing the Proposed Zoning Change for a Concrete Recycling Plant to stop incompatible development in The East 1st Street Gateway Park Corridor and to allow this area to thrive and further develop as an asset for East Fort Worth and the City of Fort Worth as a whole.
