JUSTICE FOR MAVIS AND HER ANIMALS
For years I looked after Mavis Ogden, I was her carer and did everything for mavis, Hospital visit, shopping, bills, days out, hairdresser, petshop, animals to vets, washed, dressed and fed mavis, I had mavis living at home with me as she was cold and refusing to eat, I also travelled all day to find a care home for mavis, I found one in soke and admitted her there myself !
I asked them to check her for lung cancer at my request in which I have logged messages regarding this, I went with friends to the hospital and spoke to doctors, no family again. She was diagnosed with lung cancer as I suspected.
In the last 8 months her son from my badgering would send money for cleaners, bills etc and I would pay from my own money and wait sometimes up to 5/6 weeks to get it back.
Always saying well she's bankrupting me but I will get it back when she dies. In total he sent £11,005 in 2. 5 years for mavis, I can't even count what I spent myself to always tide her over....
I begged her family to come and see her, he said in messages which again I have logged, you may think I'm heartless Karen but I'll come when mum dies..
7.5 years of not seeing his mother, grandchildren 4.5/5 years of not seeing mavis.
I had a shop to run, animals to care for, a very busy life but I also would go to mavis sometimes 3 times a day if needed and she would call me up to 20 times daily.
I would take mavis to the charity shop to get her out of the house etc.
Mavis was diagnosed with lung cancer and the doctor told her so and her wish was that her animals were cared for and she asked me along with others to get someone up to the home so she could get her affairs in order.
Her son told me to get all her jewellery off her and to keep it for him. I said no it's at her house or on her body , I'm not taking it off mavis unless she agrees, of course she went ballistic when I mentioned it to her!
She asked me to sell her home, make sure her animals were cared for as well as her family who never bothered with her, she trusted me to make sure I'd do it so I called a translator in town for advice, he wanted to fix villa up and make money from it. That's not what I asked.
She wanted it sold as seen. Money in her bank. Her bank not anyone else's bank.
I took advice and I said to mavis it's best you make a will.
I openly told her son as I'm honest, I told them all what mavis asked me to do. I don't sneak around trying to take someone's home, I would never do that. I have a voice call between myself and her son where I'm openly telling him mavis wishes and what she asked me to do....
As soon as i told them both, within 2 days her son was here after 7. 5 years demanding mavis belongings along with said translator. well I asked the care home to call me which is logged.
Mavis said under no circumstances give them anything, she said why is he here, I didn't even recognise my own son at first as I've not seen him in so long. Her words!
Karen please get me out of here, she was worried about him, he wouldn't let her speak when friends of mine when to give her treats etc. Chocolates, Fanta.
She was showed pictures of her dogs, they are not your dogs, we don't care about them as to which mavis replied, don't you be so cruel, he wouldn't let mavis speak and when my name was mentioned she just squeezed my friends hand and looked at her with pleading eyes.
The care home I admitted Mavis too now has strict rules, Mavis is allowed no visitors, she's kept in bed in a prison, she can't see me or any of her friends, she is not allowed outside for fresh air, nothing at all but kept against her wishes!
They are applying to the courts for her to get a new passport and we know why not for her to go to UK mavis with spend her last days in that care home in soke but to get the passport as you legally need a passport to sell a house.
They will stop at nothing.
I made a promise to mavis, I would ALWAYS do what she asked of me for her and her animaks but she's being failed by her own family.
Her home has been locked up, her beloved cats thrown on the streets, Mavis money taken, there is no food for any of her animals, nothing, Her human rights taken away.
Mavis has debts at
Sevim market didim.
Novi veterinary clinic didim.
Pet shop didim.
The family refuse to pay these debts, They threw her cats on the streets and will not see her dying wishes out....
But I will, I will make sure her debt is paid off and her cats go to Holland, I'm also feeding her animals with my own money... I made a promise to my dear friend mavis and together we can make a difference to how this elderly lady is being treated
