Hi Kershia, I would have loved to attend, but I am away until Friday. I have also discussed this matter with my attorneys, and have been advised that we need to hold a special General Meeting regarding this matter. At the meeting we'll need to vote for whatever changes are being requested, and if the votes meet the consensus (not sure what the % is, will have to ask SPOA), then they have to adhere to the changes requested. I am all for speed control, and am more than willing to pay mine or my wife's fines (if we get), but I am totally against having to pay other peoples fines that I have no control over.
