since my childhood i know the BBC tamil osai, also i have been lesining over decades, not only me many tamils listening BBC tamil osai for true and neutralised coverage, simply i can say its tamils voice. We need it. keep it in UK not in Delhi
Just be in your country where journalism has more power to and for to do human .!

Most likely a Modi/MR/Swamy venture to stiffle journalistic freedom. It will be cowardly for BBC to cave in to pressure.
தமிழோசை லண்டன் மாநாகரில் இருந்தே ஒலிபரப்பப்பட வேண்டும். தில்லிக்கு மாற்றுவதன் மூலம் அதன் நடுவுநிலை குன்றிவிடும். இந்திய அரசின் செயல்பாடுகள் அனைத்தும் தமிழர்களுக்கு (குறிப்பாக ஈழத்தமிழர்களுக்கு) எதிரானதே ஆகும். அதனால் இந்தியாவிற்கு அது மாற்றப்படக்கூடாது.
Moving out of Britain is going to take away the British in BBC.
If a journalist based in Delhi gets kidnapped by a white van or arrested....British government is not going to be there as it would if the same journalist was from London.
It will take away the courage from journalism.
When in London Britishness and British values will come out in the tone, manner and material of a journalist. This is something foreign journalists from other countries and cultures pick up, learn and assimilate in their lives and work while they live in Britain. This will not come out from Delhi or Doha. So this move will take out the British culture and value from British Broadcasting Corporation.
Many British and Western brands and companies off- shore their production for cost cutting. Thinking of off-shoring ones culture and value is something ridiculous.
BBC management and middle management must behave like a public SERVICE provider, rather than bonus driven private management.

Tamil Journalism is not given with proper importance in the indian national front. Please continue Tamil BBC from London. If you transfer to Delhi, BBC will lose its credibility!
since it is our valuable source of knowing whats happening to our relatives over there.
pl save the freedom ! without political pressure we want to listen to BBC, This is possible only if it's in U K.

லண்டனில் இருந்து முழங்கும் BBC தமிழோசை! தெரியாதவர்கள் யாருமே இருக்கமுடியாது.
சின்னவயசா இருக்கும்போது இரவு 9:45க்கு தமிழோசை துவங்கப் போகிறது ரேடியோவைப் போடு என்பார் அப்பா...... அதில அப்பிடி என்னதான்இருக்கு. முதல்ல புரியல. என்ன வேலை இருந்தாலும் உடனே ரேடியோவைப் போட்டுவிடவேண்டும். அழகான நாதஸ்வர இசையோடு ஆரம்பிக்கும் அந்த BBC தமிழோசையை தினமும் கேட்டுப் பழகி பிறகு அதனைக் கேட்காமல் தூங்க முடிவதில்லை..... 1987 இல் போரினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு வீட்டைவிட்டு இடம்பெயர்ந்து ஊரூராகப் போய் வாழ்ந்தபோதிலும் எப்பிடியாவது BBC தமிழோசையைக் கேட்கத் தவறியதில்லை.... ஏனெனில் அப்பொழுது எங்களுக்கு இருந்த ஒரேயொரு செய்தி ஊடகம் BBC தமிழோசை மட்டும்தான். கோவில்களிலும், பாடசாலைகளிலும் தஞ்சமடைந்து இருந்தபோது அங்கிருந்த நூற்றுக்கணக்கான அகதிகள் எல்லோரும் ஒரு வானொலிப் பெட்டியைச் சுற்றிவர இருந்து செய்தி கேட்போம்......அப்படிப்பட்ட ஒரு மகத்தான சேவை கடந்த 74வருஷங்களாக லண்டனிலிருந்து தான் நிகழ்ந்தது.....
அந்த சேவையை தற்பொழுது இந்திய தலைநகர் டெல்லிக்கு மாற்றும் முயசிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.....
தொடர்ந்தும் BBC தமிழோசை லண்டனில் இருந்து முழங்கவேண்டும்..... அதற்கு உங்கள் ஆதரவு வேண்டும்....
