I agree that there should be courses of Norwegian provided for the mentioned groups of internationals.

Indeed, the university should offer Norwegian courses for international employees as what other universities have done for their own foreign employees and students, if English is not to be used as an official language. Otherwise, foreign employees would end up not playing an active part in group activities and decision making gatherings.

As NMBU concerns for the international students everything inside should be on english.
