He lost his baby girl it was an accident. He will live with this his whole life. He loves his children and they need their dad. It is cruel to confine him when the cost of this accident was a loss so great that he has paid a toll with his heart forever. Please let him go.

Toney was an excellent father an would do anything for his children he was in this little girl life everyday.  This is unfair what the court system is doing to him. This was an accident that should of not happen. Please everyone reading this sign this petition an lets get this man home so he can grieve with his family

Toney needs to be with his family to grieve the loss of his daughter. He is a good Father to his kids and they miss him terribly. He would not hurt any one of his kids because he loves them unconditionally.

Toney is an awesome dude and is a great father.  What happen was a mistake. Toney needs to be wit his family. Amanda needs him home. And so does his other daughter. His family needs him. I am so for yur loss. Keep yur head up and pray for the best

I didn't know he was locked up for this. Please let this man come home hasn't enough happened. This man lost his child and you people are doing him like this. Please find it in your hearts to let this man go home and be with his loved ones they need him more now then ever. Thank you.
