PETITION FOR BETTER MOBILE PHONE AND BROADBAND PROVISION for CHRISTOW and THE TEIGN VALLEY  

We, the undersigned, are fed up with being disadvantaged and treated as second-class citizens with regard to mobile phone coverage and fast, reliable broadband. We therefore support Christow Parish Council in their efforts to remedy this unacceptable situation and petition: ·       

the UK government’s  Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport;

Ofcom;

the Shared Rural Network scheme;

the UK mobile network operators Vodafone, O2, EE and Three;

Connecting Devon and Somerset Broadband;

BT Openreach and other broadband infrastructure providers;

and all other relevant parties to prioritise and accelerate the installation of fast, reliable broadband and good, indoor 4G mobile network coverage across the whole of the Teign Valley, Devon.
