بدینوسیله امضا کنندگان این نامه به استحضار حضرتعالی می رسانیم ما سهامداران پدیده شاندیز با اعتماد به رسانه ملی و تبلیغات گسترده ای که در مدت قریب به 5 سال مردم را به خرید سهام پدیده شاندیز ترغیب می نمود مبادرت به خرید سهام این مجموعه نموده و با نیت مشارکت در آبادانی کشور و اشتغال زایی جوانان و بهره مندی از سود حلال مشارکت در این پروژه اندک دارایی های خود را در این پروژه سرمایه گذاری نمودیم ولی متاسفانه به دلیل اختلاف نظرها و دعواهای سیاسی و جناحی و کج سلیقگی ها و بی مهری های برخی مسوولین قوای مختلف و مسایل دیگری که برای ما سهامداران و مالکان حقیقی پروژه مبهم و پوشیده است بیش از 10 ماه (از دیماه سال 1393) است که سرگردانیم و هیچ مسوولی نیز به درستی پاسخگوی ما نمی باشد و این در حالیست که عمده سهامداران این پروژه همگی گرفتاری ها و نیازهای مالی مختلفی دارند و زندگی بر آنها سخت گردیده است. لذا از شما تقاضامندیم با عنایت به اینکه حضرتعالی بالاترین مقام کشور می باشید و فرمان شما فصل الخطاب همه قوا می باشد دستور فرمایید مسولین امر در اسرع وقت نسبت به حل و فصل مشکل بیش از 120 هزار سهامدار این مجموعه و خانواده آنها اقدام عاجل نموده و مردم را از بلاتکیفی و نگرانی نجات دهند تا با همکاری و مساعدت لازم شرکت پدیده بتواند نسبت به پرداخت وجه تعهد داران که از ده ماه گذشته مبادرت به واگذاری سهام خود نموده اند و همچنان منتظر دریافت وجهشان می باشند و نیز روشن شدن آینده سهامداران و هزاران کارگر و کارمند زحمتکش این مجموعه در اسرع وقت اقدام نماید تا خدای ناکرده این اهمال و بی توجهی مسوولین سبب سست شدن اعتماد توده مردم به نظام جمهوری اسلامی و سلب اعتماد سرمایه گذاران جهت مشارکت در عمران و آبادانی کشور و نیز مایه ی سو استفاده بیگانگان و بدخواهان نظام نگردد.
