Intent is to Petition Hong Kong Government Home Affairs and local Village Representatives that there is a need to improve or rebuild the path from the Upper Cheung Sha Village Parking lot to the south side of the village linking pathway to South Lantau Road and Upper Cheung Sha Beach.
