To Have Kids In America Wake Up At A Reasonable Time For School
Kids almost everyday of the week half to wake up from times to 5-630 AM this is not a reasonable time for students/children to be waking up. Kids have a recomended 8-10 hours of sleep but nowadays kids are getting 6-8. This affects the students work, grades, physical activtiy, mental activitie and more. And as your childern/students get older they tend to go to bet later but they are still waking up at the same time, so as your students/children get older they get les and less sleep. Thats why kids in america should get have school start later.
