Put a STOP to ALL trucks on M13 Fields Hill (KZN, South Africa)

NO MORE TRUCKS ON THE M13 - STAND UP & BE HEARD!

Enough is enough. We, the concerned Citizens of the Upper Highway, together with friends and family of those lost or living in the Upper Highway, and the general public concerned and touched by horrific and tragic events, call on the Department of Transport, Municipality and Local Government (whom are wholly responsible) to finally put an end to innocent lives lost by putting a STOP ALL trucks using the M13 freeway.

There have been countless accidents and many deaths as a result of Trucks and heavy duty vehicles using this road. The lack of responsibility by local government, the department of Transport and the municipality are contributing to the deaths of innocent citizens everyday.

We call on the authorities to change the carnage experienced on this stretch of road by enforcing necessarily laws that will be welcomed by all those who have signed this petition and citizens at large. It is our belief that these governmental institutions not taking action, should be held accountable and personally responsible for any and all deaths on the M13 by any truck/heavy duty vehicle and for their failures to act accordingly.

To the Department of Transport, Municipality and Local Government...

Make the change. Do whats right. Save innocent lives. Serve the very people that put you in office. Not heading our calls makes you personally responsible for which we will fight to hold each and every one accountable. Justice will prevail over greed and ignorance.
