Bent u ook voorstander van een pakjesautomaat in Hooglede ?
Hoe fijn zou het zijn als u uw bestelde postpakketje 24 uur op 24 uur kan afhalen met een simpele druk op de knop? Dergelijke pakjesautomaten zien we overal in Vlaanderen opduiken, zoals ook al in onze buurgemeenten Kortemark en Roeselare. Wij zien ook mogelijkheden in Hooglede-Gits door als gemeente de plaats aan te bieden aan een externe aanbieder (bijv. aan het gemeentehuis of aan de achterkant van de Gulden Zonne: centraal, makkelijk bereikbaar en altijd parking). Bij een digitale bestelling van uw postpakket kan u dan het adres van deze automaat invullen. Het pakketje kan u dan afhalen wanneer het u past. Dit is zeker geen concurrentie voor de lokale handelaars. Integendeel: wij roepen op om zoveel mogelijk lokaal te blijven kopen! Maar de trend waarbij meer en meer via postorder wordt gekocht is helaas niet te stoppen en we moeten mee met onze tijd. Een pakjesautomaat (met “slimme brievenbussen”) kan enkel maar een extra comfort bijbrengen voor wie op deze wijze aankoopt. Wil je graag het gemeentebestuur mee overtuigen om hierin mee te stappen? Teken dan de petitie. Indien voldoende handtekeningen leggen wij dit opnieuw voor op de gemeenteraad.
