NO BAIL FOR ANDREW BILLSON

The 51 year old Andew Billson allegedly assaulted hisb71 year old mother, Shirley Billson over a period of time. It is further alledged that on Sunday 19 January 2025 he assaulted his mother, left her with serious injuries. He phone the ambulance and told them that his mother got a sugar attack and fall down. The ambulance personal and doctor was not convinced and the contacted the police. Andrew was arrested for attempted murder on his own mother. His mother was then airlifted by helicopter from Piketberg Hospital to Tygerberg Hospital where she passed away due to the injuries in 21 January 2025. Subsequently Andrew was arrested for murder. 

 

WE ARE OF THE VIEW THAT THE STATE HAS A STRONG CASE AGAINST ANDREW AND HE SHOULD STAY BEHIND BARS.
