Keep Kevin Truman LaVack in Michigan with family
The undersigned are the family of Kevin Truman LaVack. We havent been able to visite or interact with Kevin in over a year for most of us. Laura Ann LaVack is trying to take Kevin Truman LaVack out of state. Her reasoning is so he can be closer to family, all 3 members of family he has in Louisiana.
Kevin has the family members listed below right here in Michigan, and we are willing/ wanting to see and interact with Kevin at moments notice. Laura has not only stripped Kevin from his father Casey Truman LaVack but from ALL OF US as well. Kevin is still our Child, grandchild, nephew, cousin and brother to us. We are his family of blood and marriage, and we reside in Michigan!
Laura doesnt return any calls and returns mail to anyone trying to contact Kevin or see him.
We ask the courts to keep Kevin in Michigan where his family actually is, and that an order of "open communication" starts and remains in affect as currently ordered.
