Honoring Horace "Scoop" Kenner
- The purpose of the petition is to obtain signatures to support honoring Horace "Scoop" Kenner by, naming the DPR Edgewood Recreation Center and Field in his name. He trained and nutured youth. He encouraged and motivated young men and women to be the best they can be. He was a coach, mentor, father figure and guidance counselor. He encouraged team play, self encouragement, good community citizenship and self motivation.
