/ #642016-06-08 05:02Because I see people treating there animals like they are nothing, chained 24:7 not fed regularly. I've had my chihuahua attacked twice by my neighbours dog and the dog control haven't even got the support behind them to do enough about it. I was told they couldn't do anything until someone got hurt. So my dog ended up with stitches and I had a $250 bill. It could have been my son! Who witnessed both attacks and if it wasn't for the owners dragging the dog off me holding my chihuahua God only know what could have happened. I don't blame the dogs I blame the owners. |
