When i come to tech i hope to be in band with musicians from out of tech or in tech but would love to use the studio's and in this rule is stupid! It limits us to who we can work with!

This needs to be rectified as well as having Sibelius in the Mac Labs.

The opening hours for us at nights and weekends should also be increased.
