Her medical conditions equal a disability with real functional limitations & I worked in this field for 13 years.  She needs an IEP for other Heath impairment.  Request her to be evaluated in writing to the school.  They have 10 days to respond to you.  Only communicate with them in writing...make them respond to you in writing as well.  They will probably say she isn't eligible & that's okay bc you can provide your own medical records & ask for a second opinion at the school districts cost. Your board better consult w an attorney bc this is easily a discrimination case!

 Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately you only show as Guest so no way to contact you. We did look at a 504 and since ultimately the school has to approve it that seems like a waste of time given their current stance.
