re-zoning of Blanco and Wilderness Oak

Hello all.

 

I was told that the city council in support of Joe Krier had voted to allow the re-zoning.  I do not believe any opposition was aware of the meeting where this was decided.

This could easily be litigated as spot zoning practices by the city.  It is possible that there is also a case for litigation regarding a percieved anti-trust collaboration practices between HEB and the City of San Antonio.  The practice of HEB buying commercial land, having the city re-zone, and then selling the land to prevent competition at this intersection was not a unique circumstance.

Currently deciding whether or not to bring these lawsuits to reality.
