The petition will be sent to USA FOOTBALL in an effort to have all leagues under the same roof and regulation as to background checks.

Will this prevent another bad actor from coaching at a practice, game, event that is amongst persons unaware of their background, it's a start.

Youth football has gone to the gutter and needs to get cleaned up.  Your signing the petition is a start.
