20 is Plenty in Rhondda Cynon Taf
We the undersigned call on Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC to introduce 20 mph zones in all residential streets and outside of every school currently without a 20 mph limit within the borough. And as a start to providing this request the council will come forward with their proposals for its implementation in all of the council wards within the borough as part of the councils 2014/15 budget consultation proposals.
