Stop the bullying- close the FB page "Britain's Biggest Bellends"

Facebook pages such as "Britain's Biggest Bellends" may be funny to some- but
they can be used as a vehicle of public ridicule and the source of bullying of
innocent people...

"People"who choose to "like" this page, can send photos of anything they want
to ridicule others for, by posting a picture of the event and invite others to
make derogatory comments about what they deem to be "funny".


Unfortunately this is no laughing matter for the person they are directed against.


A friend of mine (someone who is particularly vulnerable emotionally) had a
photograph posted of her branded as "ugly". And others made snide and
hurtful remarks about her- because pages like "Britain's Biggest
Bellends" allow them to do it. They had never even met her…

There is free speech and then there is slander, this is the latter. It is bullying of
the lowest kind and can be used as a vehicle by bullies (who remain anonymous
and can submit these horrific posts), to spread hatred.


It took several attempts and several people to actually get the photograph removed
for my friend (but there are others on this vile page- who suffer the same
treatment).


This is a gross violation of public decency and taste- especially if the target
person is vulnerable.

This petition is to get Facebook to listen and remove this page and all like them.
