STAND YOUR GROUND MUST GO!!!!!!!

The Stand Your Ground Law is a type of self-defense law that gives individuals the right to use deadly force to defend themselves without any requirment to evade or retreat from a dangerous situation. This is a very dangerous law that gives a person the right to become an vigilante and take the law in his or her own hand. Which means that any given moment if you or a loved one have a disagreement or argument with another person and that person feels threaten by your words he or she has the right to take YOUR LIFE. We as nation have come to far to have a law brings us back to the wild wild west days. Violence is not the answer, Guns are not the answer. I believe in people having the right to defend themselves if they are in danger or if someone is trying to take something from them but this law is a licsense for a person to murder someone and use this law to justify it. In the state of Florida we must get rid of this law. If not whats to stop a person from killing you and saying that they felt in danger and was just protecting themselves. Thier are people in our state ready to arm themselves and their kids to protect themselves from this law; but what does that create? A state that you must have a gun to feel safe? A state that killers can kill people based on labels of them being a certain way because of the color of their skin or thier sexual presentation? LETS NOT GO BACK TO THE PAST AMERICA.
