Handlebars
Cycling safely means riding with both hands securely on the handlebars at all times. In the real world, though, that's not always possible. After all, safety rules also dictate that cyclists must signal turns in traffic by pointing their arms in the direction of the turn (try doing that with two hands on the bars.
